Community moderation
ProofPlace does not silently rewrite user opinions. Authors may edit their own words, and the edit history remains visible. Moderators can keep, temporarily hide, or remove content under a stated policy reason. The affected user may appeal.
Immediate safety gates
- Government ID, banking numbers, signatures, passwords, and security codes cannot be published openly.
- Possible private addresses, phone numbers, or emails trigger a review warning and masking preview.
- Threats, doxxing, and sensitive imagery may be held before publication.
Safer transactions
- ProofPlace does not collect payment, rent deposits, or shipping fees.
- Meet in a public place, inspect items, and avoid sending deposits to strangers.
- Shipping is arranged by users. A tracking number is not a delivery guarantee.
- Keep important agreements inside chat to preserve a timestamped record.
